1.Login in your Blogger account.
2.Create a blog and select Picture Window as the template.
3.Go Layout > Remove navbar,Remove Blog Archive and About Me and untick everything in Blog Posts.
4.Go Template > Customize > Advanced and make everything transparent except Page Text.
5.Go Template > Customize > Background and upload a background related to your niche,for example if your niche is minecraft , search in Google for minecraft wallpaper 1920x1080 or something related to that.After you upload Background,untick 'Scroll with Page' and select Don't Tile,for the alignment settings try which one fits the best Wink
6.Search in Google for 'minecraft logo png' (always add logo png in the end) to find a good logo related to your niche.To upload your logo as header go in Layout > Blog title (Header) > and upload your header and select 'Instead of title and description'.If your logo is aligned to the right or left, use this code to center it.
